I started my 8 week course with deidre when I got stuck in a rut of food choices and getting sick of eating the same food every day . I have to say starting with deidre was brillant. She checked in every week with me and gave me brilliant feedback which motivated me more. There was times I message her when in a shop or stuck on something and she was always there to help me and support me. I not alone lost weight but my confidence started to be good again. Her meal plan was amazing and best of all very reasonable priced.

I loved it so much and the support I did a further 8 weeks. After that it was great to have the knowledge of food to continue. Iv lost a nice bit of weight and inches sense these photos because I had the tools and known what food suited me. I would recommend @deidremcmahon to anyone as she is brillant for support and getting u to where u want to be . What can I say she is a superwoman . Xx
